Puberty Plus is a range of programs aimed at supporting young autistic people to understand and adjust to the demands of puberty.

The program has three main programs:

  • Well Girls – for autistic girls aged 8-12
  • Being Boys – for autistic boys aged 8-12
  • Puberty Plus (+) – a gender inclusive for all autistic children aged 8-12, welcoming and supportive of young people who identify as transgender or non-binary

Most Puberty Plus programs run for 9 weeks throughout school terms.

We also occasionally run ‘intensive’ one or two day programs in the school holidays, as well as fortnightly programs on Saturdays in some terms.

Our programs are suitable for young people who are autistic or neurodiverse, and we also have a program for young people with intellectual disability.
