What parts of Adelaide do you cater to?
How much will it cost?
The cost of therapy sessions can vary depending on the duration and location of each session. During the client intake process, we can discuss specific costing with you. A breakdown or our therapy costs will also be provided in our service agreements for new clients.
How long do sessions go for?
A standard therapy session is 45 minutes in duration
Can I be in the session with my child?
Yes, you can. As the parent/caregiver, you are given the choice to be present in therapy sessions with your child.
Do you provide off-site therapy?
Yes, we do. In addition to therapy at our clinic, our Occupational Therapists can do school, kindy or childcare visited therapy.
This is subject to location as there are additional travel costs associated with offsite therapy and is dependent on distance from our Port Adelaide based clinic. We endeavour to share travel costs between clients where possible.
This is also subject to each respective school or educational centre and whether they permit service providers on site for therapy sessions.
*Please note, we do not do home visits.

Do I as a parent/caregiver need to be with my child for the group?
If your child has some difficulty with transitioning, we can allow the parent/caregiver to walk to child down to our group therapy room, then we ask parents/caregivers to either wait in the waiting room, or they can leave and come back at the end of the group session for pickup.
How many people are in a group?
We like to have a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 8 participants to a group.

Invoices for a group program are sent on a weekly basis following each session.
What NDIS budget do your group programs come out of?
NDIS funding can be used for all our services including the group programs. You can have the choice whether program cost comes out of the core budget or the capacity building budget. Please speak with your plan manager or support coordinator to determine which budget is used for your child’s group participation.
Please note: For Puberty Plus programs, the handbook must come out of the core budget.
Do you only run group programs during term time?
