What’s The Buzz is a social skills and emotional literacy program for children of  all ages, which supports them to develop a variety of essential interpersonal skills, stimulated by the experiences of a character called Archie.

In each lesson, the children help Archie solve the very same social dilemmas that occur in their everyday lives. As they do this, through activity, discussion, role-play, games, puzzles and quizzes, they learn how-to express feelings and become a more positive problem solver.

What’s The Buzz programs run for 16 weeks across two school terms. Some of the topics covered during the 16 weeks include:

This program is the early learners program and is suitable for children aged 5 to 8 years who would benefit with support in developing their foundational social skills.

There are three separate versions of What’s The Buzz, covering ages 5 to 15 years.

• for early learners: ages 5 to 8 years
• for primary students: ages 9 to 11years
• for teenagers: ages 12 to 15 years

Any new or existing clients to Bloom Wellbeing will need to contact our office to express their interest in the group and discuss next steps to ensure they are placed in the correct program to see them flourish.
