As a girl or a woman, understanding their body and their health is something that needs a continual focus. Your daughter’s body and its functions will go through lots of changes over the coming years and decades.
Continuing to learn about female anatomy and female related health
concerns is important as it can help your daughter to keep herself healthy, avoid illness, manage her health independently and navigate life more effectively.
Cue – Well Girls #Next Level
Each session contains a combination of warm up activities, educational component, and practical activities. The activities for each session will be discussed with the group and put up on a visual schedule at the start of each session. Some of the sessions include;
- Recap from Well Girls Foundation – What do we remember?
- Body image, Body diversity, and Body changes,
- Hygiene and Body care – pimples and body odour,
- Emotional Regulatoin,
- and so much more…
‘Well Girls’ is suitable for girls aged 8-16 with an Autism Spectrum Disorder who have already completed the Well Girls Foundation program.
- It may also be suitable for older girls who haven’t done the Well Girls Foundation program, but who have a general understanding of puberty already.
Any new or existing clients to Bloom Wellbeing will need to contact our office to express their interest in the group and discuss next steps to ensure they are placed in the correct program to see them flourish.

Total Cost of Program: $792.04
This includes:
– Course cost $792.04 – 9 x group program sessions plus program & resource preparation fee (to be billed with the first invoice).
